Cody and Danae,
I am writing to make you aware of a new request regarding our logo. This is one of those things that I didn't anticipate until now. Please bear with me as I explain the issue. Thank you for both being so helpful throughout this process.
Our new logo becomes "effective" on April 2 when our new church website goes live. We are pairing the roll out of our new logo with the launch of the new website. Here is the problem: if you go to the school website, I need a version of our new logo to replace the one that is currently in use there. I spoke with the principal of the school and she would basically like to "recreate" the new logo in the current colors (realizing it will be a rectangular shape instead of a circle). So, I am reaching out to you to let you know that we need another version. This would be the combined church and school logo in blue text on a white background with an orange border (again, matching the colors in the current one). Also, I spoke with the administrator/host of the school website and he said he needs this image as a hi-res transparent png file at least 300px tall.
Finally, the principal would also like a set of the logos in blue text. That would mean the text & tower in blue. I have not been able to identify the pantone color so we will just have to "wing it" there.
I hope this all makes sense. Please let me know if you have questions. We wouldn't need this additional logo until the end of March.

Good Afternoon Alisa,
I have copied Danae on this email, but unfortunately, she will be out until next Tuesday, March 23rd.
This would be more her domain than mine, but I think there is enough information for her to understand what needs to be done. It looks like the design for the site and the like has used up 28.3/42 hours of the design budgeted, so it will most likely come out of there.
I will let her take it from here, but she will get back to you once she gets back in the office on Tuesday.

Hello Alisa,
The Homepage Mass Times will show whatever is in the Theme Settings and the Mass Times page will show whatever is in the content.
Whether you add it to the homepage is up to you, but I would suggest replacing the Rosary section with the Easter Schedule on the homepage through the Theme Settings and then also adding them to the Mass Times page through content using the block editor. After Easter is done, you can change the Theme Settings back to include the Rosary on Mondays at 7pm, but I think Easter is more important for then.
In the theme settings, you'd want to change "Name of Mass" from Rosary to "Easter Masses" (or something similar) and then click the "Add Day" button for each Liturgy e.g. "Easter Vigil", "Easter", "Good Friday Service", etc. and then do the times for those.
The Mass Times page would be just copying the other "Weekend Masses" or "Weekday Masses" headings and styling the content like the days and times for those.
I hope that helps, but the short answer is that it will just need to be updated specially for those Easter/Christmas Times.

Pantone sometimes uses letters after the numbers to identify the intensity of the color. Usually, they are rather close in color so you can see that it's all different blues.

Orange, as Cardinal Pacelli's school colors are blue and orange. I really don't have a Pantone color for the orange so I would say just try to get close. But if you can let me know what pantone color it is/ends up being, then I can note that and make sure we stick with that color moving forward. Thank you.
