I was able to get into your account to take a look at the running cost and breakdown by task. Here is what we have so far:
Design
Quoted: 25 hours
Actual: 32.1 hours Over: 7.1 hours | Since design and design approval is so integral to the rest of the project, it is understandable that design has gone over the budgeted amount of time.
Content Strategy & Migration
Quoted: 5 hours Actual: 12 hours (14.5 is quoted total after edits) Over: 7 hours | The original quote came with the understanding that we would simply be moving over the content from the Diocese of Venice pages regarding your organization, which the quoted 5 hours would have covered. Moving forward, any changes made after your training are completely free of charge and encouraged. Additionally, two pre-launch trainings are at no cost, so that will not affect your cost.
Development
Quoted: 45 hours Actual: 43.4 hours Over: 0 hours | As of right now, Michael has stayed under the number of hours budgeted for the project and should be able to complete the project without going very far over. Any major changes to functionality could result in overage, but please keep in mind that it is better for your website to function as it needs to than to have a website that does not rise to your standards for future use.
