I handled this with some JS, based on this article (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/24944925/background-image-jumps-when-address-bar-hides-ios-android-mobile-chrome) in /js/imgs.js.

This seems to do the trick, but I can tweak it, if needed.

P.S. I also did some minor fixes on the Homepage as well and put the CSS into the Customizer.
