That's fine. It is a pretty simple set up, so go ahead and activate the add-on for them then make sure they have access to settings and they should be able to set it up with their account. Then it's a matter of them adding products and totals into the form. In the settings for the form, there is the option to add payment. 

You may want to have them set it up and then we can look at it together. 
I've added the add-on before, but then the client took over from there. I can't remember who that was for. Maybe Our Lady of Mercy in Aurora? Not sure. 

So I have set it up. I will be documented how it is done in a Google Drive document, just so that no one has to struggle with it again...if they read the document. I have sent them an email asking them which account they use whether it is just standard PayPal or if it is a PayPal Payments Pro account, which will specify which "add-on" we need to use. I am pretty sure the PayPal will be able to use either, but the Payments Pro will not, but can make things easier, if they have it. I am waiting on their response, but I was able to test out the regular PayPal add-on and sent myself $1 through the test form, so it works.

We have a couple of sites that use the Gravity Forms/Paypal add-on - if you ever need info like that, don't hesitate to ask - I have a list of which sites use which plugins.

Thank you Mary . Most of it was just getting it to display for them, which came down to adding a capability for it from the Gravity Forms documentation.
