✔ Menu - Menu Item moves on hover effect, padding issue?

Ministry Scheduling Login goes to one line on hover, not sure why this is not one line to begin with or why it doesn't stay two lines. It should stay one way or the other though. Not sure if it is a padding issue or something.

This did this because of how the animation works (which changes the horizontal margins from 0 to -13px). I tried several fixes, but either (A) it doesn't fix the issue or (B) the animation doesn't work any more.

I've changed the text to "Scheduling Login," which fixes this. If it becomes an issue, we can try to use an ::after instead, but in the grand scheme of things, that will require more labor than it's worth. They should just pick better titles.
