Old people use Internet Explorer and we need to make the text wrap for Internet Explorer. 

The text wraps fine for most things, but not in the boxes

Apparently we need to set "width: 100%" on certain elements for Internet Explorer. I updated the CSS for <h4> and <p> elements in featured-boxes.

Let me know if you come across any other elements like this that need fixing.
