You are slightly over budgeted right now, due to small changes, but this can sometimes be expected and is normally taken out of the the building time budget. 
Our hope is that the clarification and attention to detail in the design stage will prevent misunderstandings, thus more changes, during the build stage. This is something to keep in mind when looking over the final designs.
