Email intro & content needs

Notes

My most important three questions are:

  1. How much content am I moving?
  2. When may I begin moving content?
  3. Is the current content updated?
My second and third questions go hand in hand since if the current content is not up to date, there are two options:
  • You may wait until the week(s) between the website training and launch date to update.
  • Update the site before the content migration.
The choice is entirely up to you and your decision will not slow down the process, as long as the parish stays on top of updating their pages.

For the most part, the content migration can be fairly quick. There are several things I have questions about, but once I move the content (typically 1-2 days), the process' time falls on the parish. Once we decide when to move the content, I will have several follow-up questions that should help move your part of the process along.
