For the clergy staff page, they will be doing a left sidebar block, but instead of it being one third/ two third column, it needs to be like a 1/4, 3/4 like photo below. I believe the easiest way to do it is to do a template for staff or clergy (the other staff page uses columns, so that is not an issue, so I named it clergy in the photos below, highlighted. I made a few tweaks - also highlighted -  that are of note. Sullivan made a thing just like it for me recently using ACF and designing it out, not sure what your preference is, but CSS I snipped will still help you. There is a style tag after each sidebar block loaded, so it could be added in there. I think. 
I hope this helps. If you know of a simpler way to do this that makes it still all look the same and does it only for this page then do that. I am not the end-all be-all on how to do stuff, just offering suggestions that seem to work in Inspector.
