Does this include pages that the buttons link to and what not? If so, will try to locate that necessary pre-existing content for those and will make those tomorrow morning. Otherwise all set to my knowledge.

I just uploaded the sitemap that St. Bernard wants, so that should be helpful. 

In the design, there are four featured buttons, one of them (the third one) goes to the News page, but in the sitemap, there are only three but it says "4-6". Shall I leave it with the four like the design and make it look "the best it could be" or shall I follow the featured buttons listed in the sitemap? Please forgive my confusion.

use the sitemap that they sent back to me, since they may have edited it. 
I'm not sure if you can have less than 4, so just make sure that you can and make sure it looks good.

okay, sounds good.

I had to lessen the featured button ACF minimum rows to 3, but just wanted to make a note of that here. There are to-dos for the stylings that are missing or are wrong already, but it is now between 3-6 Buttons.
