Notes
Differences that need changing:
  • Font-Color of "First Name" and "Last Name" to the blue color
  • Switch the Info titles ("Phone:", "Fax:", etc.) on the left side to h5 (see photo below), but make them Bolded like 600 font-weight.
  • Font-color, size, and spacing of phone numbers and info: 18px in proof, 24px computed. color is black now, proof color is #35393C. 
  • Spacing between the info section (left side) entries, on top of each other right now.
  • Spacing between the form and the info, lot of space if you look at the actual page.
  • Submit button radius again like the Baptism page to-do above.
  • Responsiveness, make sure it stacks.
