Weekly Update
Good morning Rhonda,
Another week of progress has been made in the website creation. Initially, we had estimated a price of $3570 (51 hours x $70hr) for website creation.
We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
- Design: 13 hours budgeted/13.4 hours used
- Build: 26 hours budgeted/5.4 hours used
- Content Migration: 12 hours budgeted/10.9 hours used
This brings our current cost to $2079.

Thank you Alan for this information. It is my understanding that they are now in the development stage. Is that part of the build process? We are just wondering exactly what is done in each of the areas to come up with the costs. I have asked Cody to see how the migration came over and in to the new site but he indicated that it would be available when the development started. Just checking since we have not seen anything except what Danae has done with the color, homepage layout and logo.

Good Afternoon Rhonda,
The content has been migrated, but we are waiting on the developmental tweaks to be changed on the homepage. We are hoping that these are done by the end of this week and then once these changes are completed we will send you the development link for you to see how the content was migrated.
We will also schedule trainings where you will learn how to change and edit the content, create new pages and posts, delete pages and posts, edit the menu, etc. I followed the proposed sitemap for the content migration, so the menu will follow that structure (at least in terms of the first and second level).
I will send out the development link and schedule trainings as soon as those homepage developmental changes are finished.
