Good Afternoon Rhonda,


I have put together a tentative timeline for you assuming that the Design is finished up by next week, Wednesday. This is a rough estimate of the timeline and is prone to changes and delays based on several factors.

One of the ways to help that you can help us stick to this schedule and possibly speed it up is to do what you have been doing and that is responding to us and by keeping that line of communication open each process will keep flowing. Without further ado, here is the timeline:

Hi Cody, thank you for talking with me this morning. This schedule seems good. Having said that, I’m hope we can move a little faster and closer to earlier in July. I did speak with our Business Administrator and she indicated we would be OK paying it when we launch. Having said that, can you tell me how your company handles invoices/payments. Do you send an invoice upon completion or do you ask for a partial payment during development? Lastly, she also stated that our payment needed to fall within the dollar amounts identified in the proposal.

Hello Rhonda,

After talking with the team, I think it is very possible to move the launch up a few weeks and if still needed we can invoice on June 15th and use the higher number and refund anything that was not needed or apply that to hosting costs, if you want. At that point, since the site is mostly a hybrid the cost shouldn't be too different than what was initially quoted. 

The invoice is usually sent at the completion of the project, so the launch. Alan usually sends out project update emails to show where we are at in terms of cost compared to the budgeted hours, but I think we should fall between those numbers from what I can tell right now.
