I am not sure if you sent it somewhere else, but we will need the domain information either the login credentials for it through Network Solutions or the contact person and their information to send them instructions on what to change and when.
Other than that, just refrain from logging into the development site the day of launch until you get an email from us saying that the site is launched.
About archiving the site, that is something that you have to request through the link I sent to web.archive.org.

Ken, below is the email I received from Diocesan. They will be launching our new site this Wednesday, August 4 and will need some information from you. Would you please respond to them. I am copying them on this email so they have your contact information also.
If it is OK, I am giving them your phone number in case they have to call you if they have problems with the domain or login credentials.

Hi Cody, I hope you had a good weekend. It was nice here in Wisconsin. I have a question on how to add the Emergency Alert option. Every once in awhile we will need to put this in and have it link over to another page. This was one thing told us we would be able to do at the very beginning.
I can't seem to find a location on where to add this. Can you help me?

Here's another request regarding the options for the prayer engine.
On our current site, we have an option under the Prayer Engine of Report Library, but on the new site, that option is not listed. It should be included as part of the plugin. I looked over the user guide and it indicates there is a prayer report. Would you look into this please.

I apologize for the delay. There was a lot to get caught up over the weekend.

I will try to be organized in my response though.
- The launch address will still be stbernardappleton.org and I have sent Ken an email with the launch instructions for tomorrow, so we shall see how that goes.
- I have added the Emergency Alert to the site. You can access that in the Alert Settings above the Theme Settings item in the Wordpress Menu. It is pretty intuitive and you can always do some testing with it.
- The Report Library option should now be visible under the Prayer Engine.

Hi Cody, yep I am still working on our site at 9:52 pm, but I'm going to quit as soon as I send this email to you. I have a question about our full calendar. When can I make edits, eg. the link. From what I can tell it is not getting the exact google calendar link. It has items listed, but they are not on our google calendar when we open it up under another browser.
Any thoughts or ideas?

With the calendar link, it opens to your Google Calendar, so it is probably showing the other events in that calendar. I believe we talked about this previously, but not sure. I know it is working when I do it and when others on my team do it as well.
As for the Report Library, please try it again and you may have to clear your browser cache again and retry it that way, but I have tested it with the training account and that works, so it should work for you.
