Goal: base url lands on simple page w/ message. They then have to click to enter the website. Temporary for COVID.

Noelani said that she worked with Mary and Ryan to create a page like this before (didn't mention which site) and suggested you ask Mary.

Reason: Not all visitors are seeing the emergency alert (pop up/ad blockers or closed it previously and don't see it now) and they had a lot of people visit this weekend and not know that the Basilica was closed. Lots of calls.
