✔ Homepage - Change the Bulletin date to the corresponding date from the most recent bulletin, if not possible, then just get rid of the date.

Right now the date just does the current date, it should display the date of the most recent bulletin. However, since they use LPI, that may not be easy. If it is not possible, please just remove the date and move the button up to where the date was. Thanks.
 Let me know if this is confusing.

 Basically it shows current date, they want it to show the most recent bulletin date, if not possible, delete and move button up
