Client requested changes to the appearance of their footer and sent along the attached image as an example. For the school side they want the Blue Ribbon School seal (also attached) instead of their logo in the footer if possible.

I'm gonna need a screenshot for bullet number 4. I don't know what you mean by "awkward buttons"
lets add the photo in the footer free of charge, this is a simple swap out. We will need a logo sized photo file though in order to update that image. If they dont have a logo file sized image we would likely charge for one to be created by a designer.

So it's a completely different footer. There isn't a place to swap out anything. It will be either a medium charge or large depending on if it will require design time too. It is our design originally, but I'm not a fan of taking other people's products, even if we invited them.

Yeah since the footer logo isnt easily changed like hybrids we would charge. Maggie, go ahead and quote them for the work. Send an approval template in basecamp. If they have the logo file for the blue ribbon award it will be medium, if not it will be large. Do you need the pricing model for those changes?
