Staff biography pages pull in the staff photo and crops it in order to fill the featured image space, which ends up looking kind of terrifying. This has come up in a few trainings and seems to be an issue across sites and is something that clients usually comment on.  Is there anything we can do about this? Maybe pull in the default featured image instead of staff photo? Or set it up so that featured images can be set manually? What do you think

changed it to the default featured image for simplicity's sake. if someone wants a special header for this in the future we can charge them for it or so
