Good afternoon Chad, Jenny, Cindy, and Lisa,

Another week of progress has been made in the website creation.  Initially, we had quoted a price of $13650 (195 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 53 hours budgeted/50.9 hours used
  • Build: 113 hours budgeted/69.6 hours used
  • Content Migration: 29 hours budgeted/13.8 hours used
This brings our current cost to $9401. 
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $13650.
