Weekly Update
Good morning Chad, Jenny, Cindy, Lisa;
Another week of progress has been made in the website creation. Initially, we had quoted a price of $13650 (195 hours x $70hr) for website creation.
We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
- Design: 53 hours budgeted/30.6 hours used
- Build: 113 hours budgeted/0 hours used
- Content Migration: 29 hours budgeted/0 hours used
Which brings our current cost to $2142.

Thank you for the update - based on these changes, are additional costs being incurred by St. Anthony or is this just an update? Based on the agreement, the estimated costs were covered by our bulletin contract.

Also, to clarify, the web allowance will be covering the website costs up to $13,650.
The total that Alan is sharing is before this balance is applied. So far, the cost to the parish/school is still $0.
