Good afternoon everyone,


I hope everyone has been well since we last spoke and everyone is getting used to new working schedules/locations. I had previously hoped to work on the suggested sitemaps last week but had to push it with all of the support items that arose from churches being closed and moving masses online.

Below are the suggested sitemaps that I have put together for both the school and the parish using the sitemaps uploaded into the Google Drive folder and the notes from our meeting. Once you have reviewed them, I will share them with Blake to take into consideration one he is ready to begin the design. 


Let me know if you have any questions and feel free to add comments or move anything around.

I apologize I haven't been in touch - it's been crazy trying to implement distance learning. With Spring Break next week, I hope to be able to review these and add my own ideas. Please look for an email early next week.

Good Morning Veronica,
I am not in the office and will not be until further notice.
I have reviewed the site map for the parish and there are 2 changes:

Under Sacraments. After talking with the parish staff they would like the content that is currently on each sacrament page to remain the same. It is not necessary to list the steps like OLC.

And

Remove the FAQ from the homepage for the parish site.

I hope you are well. I will try to give my input the best I can from home.

FYI I am sure Father Mark would like our current parish/school logo to be kept on our homepages.

Good morning everyone,


Our web department transitioned to working from home two and a half weeks, and I'll be the first to admit that it still feels odd. I can't imagine moving courses online so quickly! I'm glad everyone is well.

Jenny, no rush on the edits. I'll check back in with you mid-April.

Cindy, I have removed the FAQ and updated the notes on the individual sacraments. If you have any other changes, feel free to add any comments or edits directly on the document. 
As for the logos, they will most definitely be on the homepage. I have also let Blake know that the logos will be staying the same as they currently are.
