So we ran into the same issue on this hybrid- they have a colored logo so we will need a white header throughout the site.

1. The interior pages show a colored header first then it switches to a white header when sticky. Could we make the header white on initial + sticky and have the text the primary color? https://annerockhill.diocesanweb.org/sample-page/

2. Homepage- we just need to change the text to the primary color on sticky.
