I don't know about the confidentiality of all of this going through the website. It is like K.S. said about Agatha, but much more so because of HIPPA information and other things like that, especially on this page: https://stannbb.diocesanweb.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/2019-2020-form-A-1-768x995.jpg

I don't feel comfortable having this go through our site right now unless we can guarantee that protection is in place and things like that. I have created the first part of the form and have warned them explicitly about the potential liabilities of this form specifically. I don't wish to proceed until given further instruction and the go-ahead from above.

If it's a Diocese form, I'm not sure the Diocese will allow them to create the online version of the form, tbh. 

I would just let them know that it's something Diocesan will not create but can't stop them from creating. Put it in an email so we have written receipt. 

But yeah, I mean even if we don't do it, that doesn't mean they won't. :/

Talked with them during training about this. The last two pages are from the Diocese and seems like we came up with a plan that the first page would be interactive/online, and then we can send out the Diocese forms/permission stuff in an email or when they come in for Religious Education, so I believe this to be a non-issue now.
