✔ Homepage - Slider Text/Title issues

Do the other slider size to-do above this one before doing this one. 
For the Text and title box on the slides.
  1. Change bottom of the .slide a { to 0% from 5%
  2. Change the color to be #00527c, the same blue of the Header
  3. Full Opacity, no transparency
  4. No text-decoration on hover to show that it is a link
  5. Change the font-family to be Vollkorn, renders as Times New Romans right now for the Title and the Text (will have to be set for both divs)
Make sure this shows up on laptop at least for now.
