Good Afternoon Brenda,
I have added the Gravity Forms Print Formatter, but it is more apt to say that it converts the entries into a PDF. I just made a test pdf for it. You will find all the stuff you need in the forms area with hovering over the entries and looking in the list of the tabs when editing the "Form Settings", "Confirmations" or "Notifications". It is pretty intuitive, but it converts the entries into different templates. I just chose this one, but you can change it as necessary, so the entry looks like this with a test entry. You can then download this or print it. The filename is made with merge tags for the person's name that they put in the "Your Name" field, but this too can be changed. There are different templates, this is just an example.
