Hi Blake!
I have a few revisions for the site page (attached)!
We have some feedback re: the pages sent – so thanks
do much for your ideas and getting them to us prior to
our conference call next week.
1. Top page logo …. Please make the tagline
“Always Loved, Always Welcome!” match the length
of the “St. Anastasia” above it. I did attach the page
Fr. Steve did as a sample (see upper left of page).
2. On another page there was a gold in the cross on the logo,
please use only the one style we submitted.
3. Initially, we had discussed having an option to be able to
toggle the entire site into Spanish, but now we’re wondering,
how does that actually work? With Google translate?
We know translations are not always accurate, so has any
one else done this, what is their experience, and what are
your recommendations?
4. For the buttons – no icons – words only please.
5. Page colors. The darker blue you have on the first page (custom 2) is
the preference. Also, we would like to use the tan you have on all
pages instead of the white.
6. Mobile – we discussed video on a mobile. We would like the video to
show without adjusting. We realize that to run the full video the
visible size may be very small to the viewer.
7. Ministry pages.
We are really rethinking how best to organize this area. Details to come.
8. On each page in general on the website and on mobile,
please give the option to return to the home page.
9. Per our last conversation, you were going to research the Trajan Pro font
to use on our website.
a. If there is an extra expense, please let me know.
b. I would also need to know if it needs to be renewed each year or if once
we purchase it from Adobe, if we’re good.
c. If anyone on any computer logging into create content on our page will
have access to it.
10. We are looking at the social media links at the very bottom of the main page
and discussing how to perhaps make them more visible. Maybe size? Maybe
moving them to the darker blue area?
11. Also wondering if down at the bottom by phone and address and email sign
up if there should be a link to “Email the Parish Office”? What do you think?
