I was wondering if you had an idea for when you would like to launch the site. I know there would be some discussion on your end and have to talk it out amongst your team, but I wanted to know if you had a better idea of when it would be. We could schedule it as tentative, of course, and move it if necessary. 

I may be wrong, but I think I remember there was some discussion about possibly launching it around the holidays in December, I would suggest steering away from that as that can be a busy time for you at the parish and a time with quite a few vacations and days off for the team here at Diocesan as well, which could cause some delays along the way if there are questions with the launch.

To reiterate what I said at the end of the second training, we would like to have the launch be between Monday and Thursday to give us another day to answer any questions you may have and please give us two weeks' notice from when you would like to launch it.
