Hi Brenda,
My name is Danae Chudy and I am the web designer at Diocesan Publications assigned to your project! I'm just emailing you to let you know about the design process. Currently, I have a few projects ahead of you in the queue but in the next few weeks, I plan on reaching out and setting up a design consultation. This consultation will give me a better idea of your vision for the website and other design elements you require. Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Nathalie mentioned possibly a couple weeks
before we were contacted for design. I could get the

down a time due to the processes and kinda
figured a couple could be a few …. but now,
4 weeks later told … another few weeks? ☹
Anyway, if there’s any openings earlier, please
keep us in mind. Thanks! We’re just excited
to get started as you can imagine ☺

site and has eliminated any outdated information
they could find – and will continue to keep their
eyes open in case something pops up.

Hi Brenda,
I'm sorry you are disappointed but it's hard to control because it really depends on how fast our other clients move. Usually, we wait until one design is approved before moving onto the next project. We try to move as fast as we can.
It's possible I could fit you into a design consultation next week if you have any openings. Please let me know if that works for you.

Hi Brenda,
We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. We do our best to reach out to clients when we are close to beginning design consultation with them, and with all of our projects right now, the timeline is within 2-4 weeks for a designer to reach out right now. The designers are working as quickly as they can to get through the queue so as to get to upcoming clients promptly.
I will attach a copy of the site development process for you to view again so you know what to expect for the rest of the process. :) Let us know if you have any other questions about the process.

As far as a design meeting – our pastor,
Fr. Steve, would like to be in on it. Before
he was a priest, he was an art director and
worked for an advertising firm … I am sure
he will add much value.
However, he is out of town this week on a
mission trip.
I likely won’t hear from him until next week
when I can check on a date.
If the consultation is of a different nature,
I’m happy to set something up with you myself,
just give me a couple times that work for you
as my schedule is flexible.
