When the mouse hovers by the side of the picture the navigation arrows glitch and vibrates back and forth from on the picture to off the picture.

Arthur Richardson, Web Project Manager at Diocesan Arthur , a couple of things. 
1. You didn't assign this to anyone
2. This is a "feature" of metaslider, so that you can see the image without the arrows, but moving the mouse will show the arrows so you can click through the slides.
3. It is best to include a link to the page in question, so that it is easier to get to.

I mean I don't know what Sam Pohlman, Web Developer at Diocesan Sam  could do without messing with the plugin. I can change this to use something other than the arrows, but I think it works as is.
