Received Verbal Design Approval

We received verbal design approval from Lily on 2/12/19. 

I sent out the official approval email on 2/12/19 for our records. 

She has been in an out of the office so hopefully she does click the "Yes" on basecamp but I wouldn't let it slow the project down for the next step.
