Thank you for your patience as I worked to finalize the proposal for your new website.

During the Deep Dive conversation, it was determined the Alphonsus Hybrid Site will be the foundation for your new website. We will be making some tweaks to the site. There will be the inclusion of a resource page similar to ICSC, but also having the forms display as cards. Your logo will also have some adjustments to finalize the look you were wanting. Then we will apply your branding, fonts, and colors, and content you will have a unique website that showcases your ministry website.
The attached proposal walks you through each phase of the project. We have included the amount of time each phase would take to complete and that is how we arrive at our final cost.

Sorry for such a late response to your e-mail. Time has gotten away from me. I would like to revisit the website proposal from August and make a decision in the next week or so. Would the current estimate be still good or do you need to issue a new one?

I would need to get together with my team and review our discussion and the proposal. At this point, it looks like my team could meet on Wednesday. Our busy season doesn't seem to have slowed down quite yet.
My plan is to give you a call Wednesday afternoon, or Thursday. I will be able to give you an update as to what our next would look like at that time.

We were able to meet very briefly regarding your project, but we weren't able to devote as much time as needed. I apologize for things getting a little hectic.
Tuesday looks to be a good day for Arthur and I to meet regarding your project. My goal is to get an update to you still on Tuesday, or the first part of the day on Wednesday.
