Good afternoon Vincent,

Thank you for taking the time to speak with us yesterday.  As usual, we enjoyed our conversation and you provided valuable feedback.

With all of the updates and improvements we have made, I believe the St Celine Hybrid website provides you the best opportunity to promote your ministry.  The St Celine Hybrid allows you to make the updates and changes that you need as you see fit.  

There was a question regarding the ministry form submission and email response.  When multiple options are selected, the response will be automatic as a whole.  If we were to break the response out individually, there would be some development in order to make that happen.  I have noted this option on the proposal.  If we keep things as is, there would be no additional development.

Hi Vincent,

It was great speaking with you today.

I understand you questioning what was included in the proposal.  You would be getting a fully designed, and developed website with your content and branding migrated into the new website.  Going forward, you would be in control of editing and maintaining the website.

I did receive confirmation from my accounting team that quarterly payments would be fine.  These would start after the launch of the website, nothing would be billed beforehand.  Let me know if you have any other questions.

I am currently working to get your project into our queue.  In the next couple of weeks, a designer will be reaching out to get the process started.  We also discussed the possibility of splitting the cost of the website into payments.  Is that something you are wanting to do, and if so, how many payments were you thinking?
