- Design: 35 hours budgeted/23 hours used
- Build: 41 hours budgeted/0 hours used
- Content Migration: 17 hours budgeted/0 hours used

He actually worked on your logo today and brought the total up to 26 hours. As long as you don't have a lot of changes for the branding and proofs of the site you should be just fine.
