I see that you approved Sam's design. I just wanted to take a moment to bring you up to speed where we stood on the project from an hour and financial perspective. Initially we had quoted a price of $4,500 (65 hours x $70hr) for website creation. We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • 20 hours for design
  • 30 hours for the build process
  • 10 hours for content migration (bringing your content over from the existing site and creation of new content)
Currently we've logged 17 hours for the design process. Which puts us below budget for the design process. If you haven't already spoken with Veronica, she will be in touch with you shortly. Veronica is our content expert and will be helping to ensure that the content from your old site is moved over to the new one. 

​The next phase is turning the project over to one of our developers. At this time a developer hasn't been assigned to your project, but will be shortly. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me or anyone on my staff.
