Good afternoon Fr. Murchadh,

I just wanted to take a moment to go over where we stand with the budget of the website. Initially we had quoted $4,200 (60 hours x $70). Currently we stand at: 
  • Design: 20 hours budgeted/16.9 hours used. 
  • Build: 30 hours budgeted/34.1 hours used. 
  • Content Migration: 10 hours budgeted/9.9 hours used. 
Which brings us to $4,408. We are slightly over budget, but it looks like that should be alright. I noticed that you have a Diocesan credit of $4,500. Feel free to reach out to myself or any of my staff if you have any questions.
