Good morning Father Murchadh,


I apologize for getting to you so late. I should have gotten in touch with you when your website went into development, and I take full fault for that.

That said, we have your website at about 80% completion in terms of build and are ready for you to take a look!

Please keep in mind that we are still working on some aspects of the site, such as image sizes, fonts, and most importantly, mobile responsiveness. Our developers work on mobile responsiveness last, so that they do not miss anything that may have been updated once you have both seen and been trained on the site. 

Please let me know when you have taken a look at the site and we can begin looking at dates for a website training.

I'm so glad you are liking the website so far! I am excited to do the training and give you ability to begin editing your new website.

I will be out of the office November 20-26, but is there any particular date and time that works best for you November 27-30? 

The training will typically take ~2 hours and will be done over the phone, remotely viewing your computer. We can begin the training any time from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. 

During this training, we will go over how to:
  • Update menu items
  • Update homepage items
  • Create & update page content
  • Create & update posts
  • Create & update online forms
  • Upload PDFs, images, & other documents

You can continue to update your current site until the official "launch" date of the new site.  

The development site won't be public until that date and any new content between now and the launch date can easily be transferred over to the new site in time for the official launch.

We suggest two weeks minimum between training and launch.  That will give you (and any other users) time to get used to the new site and update any posts or pages, if needed - and it gives us time for a final going-over of everything and checking mobile responsiveness, etc.
