My finance manager should be signing the extension today. We are doing a 6 year extension and Andy has offered $6000 for one time web development.

I would like to go ahead and proceed with the project and restart conversations again with Veronica or whoever you assign to the project.

Very good. Attached is a new proposal showing the $6000 in web credit. If you (or the appropriate person at the parish) can sign it and send it back. 

At the moment my designers are a bit backlogged. The start of summer was/is always a busy time for us as many parishes are rushing to finalize projects before summer vacations start. I will get with Veronica tomorrow and let you know how many weeks out they are working now.

I understand we are in your design queue. I’m just wondering if you have an idea when your team will get to us. I’m asking because we need to prioritize our projects here as well, and if is going to be another 6 months before you get to us, we will tabled it for now and comeback when you guys are ready for us.
