Good afternoon Frank.
This morning Blake was bringing me up to speed on the status of your website design. I was glad to hear that he was able to quickly make some of the changes as we are starting to run over in our design hours. Initially, we had quoted 30 hours for the design process. Currently, we are slightly over at 37.5 hours. Below is a recap of our quoted hours versus the actual hours. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me.

- Build: 40 hours budgeted/0.8 hours used
- Content Migration: 30 hours budgeted/6.8 hours used

Can you bring me up to date on how many hours we have used and how much we have left. The reason I'm asking is that there was little or no communication during the Content Migration and your team migrated most of the pages we were going to do ourselves. During the design process, we had specifically had asked that only certain pages be migrated as we knew if Diocesan did everything the hours would have been used up quickly. I was hoping that we were kept in the communication loop before we were told that the website had been migrated and most of the hours had been used up.
The work that your team has done thus far looks great. However, there is still some more work to do and wanted to make sure that your team can make that happen.

I did see the email conversation between you and Veronica as I've been trying to catch up. I'm sorry about the miscommunication. I'm not sure where the breakdown was concerning the content. Currently, the project is at:
Design 37.5 hours
Build 37.1 hours
Content Migration 22.8 hours
Due to the miscommunication, I'm going to write off 5 of the Content hours.
