Designer Introduction
Hello Frank,
My name is Blake Stapleton, I'm the Lead Designer for the Web Team here at Diocesan, and I will be working with you on your new website project. I wanted to reach out to you to introduce myself and also let you know that I was going to be starting on the design process in a couple of weeks.
I plan on designing a wireframe for the new website and once finished we can set up a meeting and look over it together. In the meantime, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Also, if you have the for files of your logo, or high-resolution images you would like me to have, please send those on to me so I can have them for when I start designing.

Good to hear from you. Attached are our logos in eps and jpg format. If you need something else let me know.
I’m also attaching a mock up of what our team feels the home page should look like. Our team has been working together while we were in queue so we could start running when you guys were ready for us. I know this will require discussions, but at least we have an idea what we want.

For our meeting next week we have come up with home page mock up that we would like for you to review. Our pastor would like our home page to be a portal for the 6-8 main things we do here (we will need guidance on that).
The design came from the various samples websites you asked us to look at.
The colors (would like something welcoming), fonts and cosmetics can be resolved later. Looking for your opinion at our next meeting.
