Content Migration Update
Good afternoon Frank,
Cody has migrated the bulk of your website but as we near the quoted migration hours, we wanted to check in with you to see if you were wanting us to continue or if you would like to complete the remaining content migration (Formation content) after training in order to keep your final cost down.
Diocesan has currently migrated content using 22.8 of your 30 budgeted hours.
If you choose for Diocesan to continue, we will migrate the content up to 28 hours and determine if we will need to quote more budgeted time for the remainder of the migration or if you'd like to take over the migration from there.
The link below displays the pages we have already migrated (crossed out). The blue, highlighted text is what is left to migrate.

If you would like to view the actual development site with your content, I will have to check in with Cody and the developer to make sure we are ready to share the link with you. Typically, we wait until all content has been migrated to send the development link. Understandably, this circumstance is different.
Let me know and I'll check in with them to get a date on which we can send over the link.

It appears there was misunderstanding on the pages we wanted migrated. We were asking for all subpages to be done by us, and the main pages that had Migrate, Redesign done by Diocesan. The thought behind our thinking was that it would blow up the budgeted hours by having you guys do everything. So we wanted only you guys to focus on the main pages. Too late now...
Is possible with the rest of the migration hours that are left, to complete the following pages. and any pages that have Migrate, Redesign that have not been done yet?

* Preschool (Migrate, Redesign [Place under Grow])
* Adult Education (Migrate, Redesign)
I'm afraid we are not going to have any hours left to redesign the parts of the website that might not be of our liking. I would like to have the link of the redesign website as soon as you have something we can take a look at.

I'm terribly sorry that I misunderstood that, Frank. I was under the impression that you would want to be notified if the hours were going to go over so at that point you would want to discuss you migrating the remaining content rather than go over budget. My apologies for that. Cody will do those three pages you requested, nothing further, and I will talk to the developer tomorrow to see when we'd be able to send you the link to the development site.
To make sure we are on the same page, do you intend to use the remaining hours to redesign the content (all interior pages, posts, menu, etc) or the actual website design (header, footer, homepage) and functionality?
Any redesign/restructuring of content can be done by you and your team at any time after the training and launch and would not cost anything additional.
