As far as adding a payment option to the forms, that is something that is generally outside the scope of what we offer with our web development services. Adding payment options to your webpage is possible using Paypal or Woocommerce, but we would have to charge you an additional fee, as we would have to build the links and add additional security to your page in order to protect your visitors.

Hi Daisy,
I will ask a senior developer if there is a way to either add a registration fee to the page, or if adding a link to paypal would be best. My best guess is that you may need to set up a paypal business account, but I will speak to Kevin.
As for the pictures, you can add them to the website very easily! If you ever have any pictures that you would like to upload to the site, you can upload them to the 'media library', which will store all of your photos. To add them, log in to the website so that you can make updates, then click on the 'media' tab on the left hand side. Once the media library is open, you can click on the 'Add New' button on the top of the page to add new photos.
In order to make those photos appear on the homepage, you will need to edit the home slider. To change the slider, click on 'Slider Revolution' tab on the left hand side of the page. Once it opens, you will see a little box near the top left labelled 'Home Slider'. Click on home slider, and you will see another page appear that shows your slides! Click on the slide you would like to change the image of, and there will be a little blue button near the center of the page that says 'Media Library' next to the 'Main/Background Image' option. Choose the image you would like to display, and the slider will automatically update!
I know that is a lot to take in, so if you would like a better explanation, I can walk you through it tomorrow sometime over the phone.

I found a different way to implement paypal, one that will include the form, but it takes a few more steps. First, you will need to go into your paypal account and update your IPN settings. This allows Paypal to work with wordpress. The steps to do that can be found here.

We are getting ready to take your website live! According to your consultation, you would like your domain name hosted with us at Diocesan. I will walk you through the process in order to get everything up and running as quickly as possible!
In order to transfer your domain, you will need access to your GoDaddy account, where your domain is currently hosted. If you have access to the account, you can login and perform these steps yourself, or you can give us the login information and we can take care of everything on our end. If you do not have access to your GoDaddy account, you will need to get in touch with the current registrant and have them initiate these steps. The current registrant for sttimspreschool.com is listed online as Henry Hurst.
In order to transfer to our hosting, we will need two things. First, the domain must be unlocked. The steps to unlocking your domain can be found here.
Second, you must get an authorization code and email it to us. The steps to getting the code can be found here.
Once we have the authorization code, we will begin the process of transferring the domain to our hosting servers. If your email is set as the primary email for the GoDaddy account, you will receive a few emails asking to verify the transfer, which you will need to accept and confirm. If your email is not the primary email, but you are in charge of the account, you can change the primary email by following the steps found here. I reached out to Hank for the domain transfer a few times in the past 2 weeks, but haven't heard back from him. We just need an authorization code, which can be found here: https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/876/83/how-to-transfer-a-domain-from-godaddy
As soon as we have that code, we can go live that day. I will try reaching out to him again today, but we cannot proceed until we have that code.

I reached out to Hank for the domain transfer a few times in the past 2 weeks, but haven't heard back from him. We just need an authorization code, which can be found here: https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/876/83/how-to-transfer-a-domain-from-godaddy
As soon as we have that code, we can go live that day. I will try reaching out to him again today, but we cannot proceed until we have that code.
If you can get a hold of him and remind him to send the authorization code to us, that would be excellent. We would like to get you live as soon as humanly possible so that you are ready for the new year.

The website is not yet active. GoDaddy is dragging their heels in authorizing the transfer, so we are going to try to force it to work.
I've emailed Hank and asked him to change the domain records to point to our servers, which will take the website live. Because the domain is in the process of transferring, it will be live until the transfer goes through, at which point we will quickly fix it and put it back up again.
It isn't an ideal solution, but unfortunately GoDaddy is taking too long, and I want your website to be live as soon as possible, so I am trying anything in order to get it live.
I will let you know when Hank has changed the records, and when the website is up and running.

You should be getting a copy of the submitted form as well as the payment notifications. I have the forms set to go to preschool@sainttims.org. Is this the correct email address? If it is, then I will dig into the form and see why it isn't sending.
For now, I have given you access to the entries section of the form. If you log into the back end of the website, you will see an option on the left called 'Forms'. Clicking that should bring you to the entries page, which will show every entry that has submitted the form.
