Domain Transfer
Hello Monsignor Hurley,
You have let us know that you would like your https://www.sainttom.org/ domain to be transferred to Diocesan.
There are two ways that we can go about doing this:

- Provide Diocesan with your domain login credentials and we will initiate the transfer OR
- Your current domain owner can initiate the transfer
1. Provide Diocesan with Login
Below are the things we need for the login:
- Login URL
- Username/email
- Password
Once Diocesan has initiated the transfer, you will still need to send Diocesan the Authorization (EPP) code (emailed to domain owner). If you believe that there will be an issue with this, please let us know.
2. We Will Initiate Domain Transfer
- Unlock your domain
- Send us the Authorization (EPP) Code
- Send to email webdepartment@diocesan.com
- Diocesan initiates transfer
- You confirm the transfer
- Transfer complete!

I see that the domain is unlocked, thank you! I logged into JustHost to obtain the EPP code and wasn't able to find it, so I chatted with a support person and they stated the domain is registered through Network Solutions, and that we'll need to log in there to send the EPP/transfer code that we need to transfer the domain.
Do you have the account information for Network Solutions so that we can log in and request the EPP code? We are about 45 days out from renewal of the domain so now would be a good time to go ahead and complete the transfer, if you'd like.

I tried the code war841936_- (with and without the dashes at the end) and I received a message that the authorization code is not valid.
I'm wondering if there was another letter or number in it that we may have missed?

It looks like they sent the EPP code for Sainttom.net. We need the EPP code for Sainttom.org. I just requested that one from them.

I just entered the transfer code and everything seemed to go through fine - no errors this time, so I think we are on the right track!
I'll monitor it for the next few days to make sure it completes successfully. You may receive an email saying a transfer has been initiated, but you usually do not have to do anything with the email. There will be a link to deny the transfer, but nothing needs to be done to let it proceed.
