Good morning Jim,

I hope everything is going well during this unique time.

About a month ago we had the first conversation in our consultation process.  I was able to learn quite a bit about your parish and the goals you have for your new website.  We left the conversation with you speaking with Father regarding the next conversation.

The next step in the process is our Deep Dive conversation.  We utilize Zoom so we can share with you design features, aesthetics, and a potential design or two.  Generally, we plan on an hour for this conversation to ensure we get all of your feedback and answer all of your questions.  Would there be a good time for you and Father to schedule the Deep Dive conversation?

Hi Alan – That’s good timing – we discussed MyParish App and the Website development at our last meeting

* We think from a development perspective, we have a base and we may be able to incrementally develop the site with internal resources rather than starting from scratch
* We think we are OK with hosting where we are at now
We are interested in using the “MyParish” App – we think we could get some value there
