I hope you both have been well.
 
As we progress with your new website, we would like to give you an update on how the progress is going this week. Here are the three main stages of how your website is progressing.
  • Design is 100% complete
  • Development is 100% complete
  • Content Migration is 100% complete
In order to continue forward with your project, we need from you:

Hi Alan,

I know we had put a tentative plan in place last week when we spoke on the phone. Can we lock in the launch for the parish website midday this Thursday (anytime around 12pm CST) and similar time next Tuesday for the school website?

Our IT guy Nick Simpson will be available to switch over the domain info. The info can be sent to him at nsimpson@notredameparish.org (mailto:nsimpson@notredameparish.org)

We dont launch in the afternoons. We start the launch process at 9am and wrap up by 2pm typically. Does this work for you for this Thursday?

Hi James, 

We've got those launches scheduled for you! The parish site will be launched this Thursday, June 23, and the school site will be launched next Tuesday, June 28. 

Just as a heads up, launching a site is a process that takes a couple hours on our end. We'll get started at or around 9am EST, but we ask that you avoid making any changes to your site from 9am - 2pm EST just because there's a chance that any changes you make could be lost. We'll notify you when your sites have been launched and then you're free to go on making changes.
