Church and School Website Proposal
Good morning James,
After I sent you the email yesterday afternoon I was given the go-ahead to send out the proposal for the church and school website project. I don't have Father Mark's email to include him this morning. Could you pass this along to him, and also let me know his email so I can make sure he receives our correspondence going forward?
You will find the proposal attached. I based the proposal on the ideas we went over during the Deep Dive. The school website will be a marketing-forward design, while the parish website will be a little more traditional. All phases of the project are laid out in the proposal (design, build/development, content migration, training, testing) as well as how much time will be needed to complete that phase. My sales team also wanted to include a note from the bulletin contract. If Father Mark signs a 6-year bulletin contract, the website project will be covered. I have included this note in the proposal document as well.
