Haha, I couldn't resist since it's my first time ever helping a client with the same name!
Anyways, I wanted to let you know that there will NOT be any down time while we are working on the site because we essentially make a copy of your website's theme (layout & design) and update the copy. Once all the changes are made, we replace your current theme with the new theme. That means that if there is any downtime, it would not be any longer than about 45 seconds.
As far as the design, our designers have been working on other projects in the queue and yours should be coming up soon. Then, once the design is approved, we can move towards implementing those changes.
Our priority in the design stage is to get an official approval on the design and function of how these new areas will work. This eliminates the issue of us uploading the new theme and you realizing that it doesn't work as you had intended at all!
Once we have the design created, you and I can have a meeting to go over function of the new homepage.

In slider revolution, I accidently deleted all the slides that had photos and text. When I need a new slide, I copy an old slide and edit the text. Is it possible for you to add a slide with photo and text? When the website was first created, they did this form me. A sample of what the slide looked like is attached. Thanks!

I'm actually going to have to reschedule and I'm so sorry for that. I logged in to get familiar with Revolution Slider again, but I cannot figure out how crop the images into circles for the life of me!
I'm actually talking with a couple developers here and seeing how it might have been done originally so that I can make a template for you. So far we think they may have actually coded it in, which means I can't reproduce it, but a developer can.
I will let you know what I come up with.

As you mentioned, we were not done with the slider. In the mockup, it is in fact a slider, but a carousel. If you hard refresh the parents page, you should see it now.
These images are 250px by 250px and updated within MetaSlider.
Here is where each of the new Parent page is set up:

· The sections below the slider look great. However, they look odd since they are situated on a plain white background. Almost like they don’t belong there. Do you have any suggestions?
o If you look at the slider on top pf the homepage, the look of it is overall more cohesive. I think that this is because the slider is placed on top of a background image surrounded by a blue border on top and bottom. Almost like 3d.
· Mobile/Tablet – both android and apple.
o The feature buttons still do not look right on a mobile/tablet device. The title is cut off. The buttons do not adjust in size when the website is viewed on a mobile/tablet devices. Please look at the buttons on the admissions<https://mtctampa.org/parents/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2018/05/Renweb-Accessing-Parents-Web-5.2.2018.pdf> website. On a mobile device, all of the buttons adjust perfectly on a mobile/tablet device.
