Mother Seton Parish - Germantown, MD

Site Recap

Emily,

I see that you approved Blake's design. I just wanted to take a moment to bring you up to speed where we stood on the project from an hour and financial perspective. Initially we had quoted a price of $5,670 (81 hours x $70hr) for website creation. We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 20 hours budgeted/20 hours used.
  • Build: 42 hours budgeted/0 hours used.
  • Content Migration: 19 hours budgeted/1 hour used
Currently we've logged 20 hours for the design process. Which puts us right on target for the design process. Which is great.

The next phase is turning the project over to one of our developers. At this time a developer hasn't been assigned to your project, but will be shortly. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me or anyone on my staff.

Hi Gary,
I wanted to follow-up to see if Mother Seton was assigned to any of the developers. I think are getting all our material ready. Thanks so much!

TO THE CLIENT Gary Smith, Web Department Director at Diocesan
Emily,

At this time it hasn't, but it is next in line. Last week one of our content specialists, Mary, began prepping the development site for the developers. She also went over the sitemap and some content questions with Veronica.

Ok great! Thank you, let us know if there is anything we can do in the meantime. We will keep organizing our content.
