New Website Wire Frame
Hi Dominique & Emily,
I finished a couple wire frame proofs (meaning no colors or images, just white and grey lines to focus on overall design) of the homepage for the new website project. I wanted to reach out to see when would be a good time to show you.

I apologize for a lack of response on my part. I wanted to check in and see how the building was going and I also had a few questions.
We are trying to figure what the main icons will be. So we like the following are just trying to figure what should be icons and what should be the tabs at the top.

Eventually we are trying to get Father's homilies up as well so that could easily be something we want to put in the front.
At the staff meeting one of the big questions was online payments for various things including religious ed enrollment. We are currently using Faith Direct but its not the easiest to navigate and isn't the nicest looking site. We know we will need to use a third party vendor and I was wondering if you have had any experience with any of them or could recommend any of them.
Another big need/hope is to have online forms for Parish Registration, Sacrament Records requests, Baptism inquiries, Marriage inquiries etc.
Right now I am working with the Staff to find out specifically what they are looking for on their page. I will email this to you as they come.
I attached a few new images I quickly snapped in the church. I am hoping to get some better ones but hopefully these can be some place holders. On Thursday I am working on getting some video footage and more images that we can use for the main page.

To answer your question about online giving, here are a couple Third Party services:
Vanco

We have worked with Vanco many times, and have recommended in the past. Secure Give is one we have heard of recently, but haven't worked directly with yet but looked promising.
As for online forms, we have the ability to recreate any of your printed forms with an easy-to-use online form creator. We have definitely created Sacramental Record Request, Sacrament Scheduling, and Parish Registration forms in the past.
