I am Veronica, the content specialist with Diocesan's web team and I just wanted to let you know where your project stands and what the next steps are. I would have liked to give you a call, but I actually have a meeting in ~5 minutes. 

To answer your questions of where your project sits, you are currently second in our design queue. Our designer, Blake is currently working on two other projects, but is aware that you are second in the queue. 

Although he is working on other projects at the moment, you can set up a design consultation so that you two can get together and begin an outline of what design you are envisioning. 

That said, what days and times work best for you?
