Good morning Martha,

I hope all is well.

As we progress with your new website, we would like to give you an update on how the progress is going this week. Here are the three main stages of how your website is progressing.
  • Design is 45% complete
  • Development is 55% complete
  • Content Migration is In Queue

If you have any questions please feel free to reach out at any time.

Thank you!

FROM THE CLIENT Martha Donovan, Most Precious Blood - Oviedo, FL Staff
Good Morning Allan,
This is so exciting to hear so much progress has been made. I just wanted to address some questions:

* As for the design, if there is something that we are not happy with the way it comes out, are we able to change?
* For the content migration, what exactly is being migrated? All the content on our website, or only the currently active content? If that’s the case, how can we migrate the drafted posts and pages we use seasonally?
* What do you estimate being the completion date, and what else do we need to do from our end?

Thank you for the update and for all your help with this process.
Take care and God bless.

TO THE CLIENT Arthur Richardson, Web Project Manager at Diocesan
Hello Martha,

* As for the design, if there is something that we are not happy with the way it comes out, are we able to change?
-
If you have any changes you would like to request, please make those before the design approval. If you have any design changes after you click approve for design, it may be a chargeable edit. We will give you an estimate for the edit.
- If any of the design edits you would like done are a part of the code, we will let you know if there is a modification charge.

* For the content migration, what exactly is being migrated? All the content on our website, or only the currently active content? If that’s the case, how can we migrate the drafted posts and pages we use seasonally?
- The content that is migrated is the content specified in the site map. there are a few ways you can save the drafted posts: 1 give us login information to your current site, 2 copy your drafted posts to a Word doc or Google doc, 3 (if your current website is a WordPress website,) we can show you how to export pages and posts.

* What do you estimate being the completion date, and what else do we need to do from our end?
- The queue for content is pretty full. At this point, it is too early to give you a realistic completion date. As we continue to progress, continue to communicate well with us. At this point, we do not need anything from you right now.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.

Thanks and God bless,
